The Volcano Express is fully wheelchair accessible. Harpa has step-free access, accessible parking, and spacious elevators for all our guests.
We don’t recommend that you use the dynamic seating at the Volcano Express if you have chronic pain, a physical disability, or you’re pregnant. Alternative static seating is available for anyone who requires it.
Yes, there is accessible parking available in Harpa’s underground carpark.
Harpa has accessible restrooms on every floor. Ask the venue’s staff if you need assistance to find them.
Harpa is a welcoming space for service animals. Please ensure they’re harnessed at all times.
